Blue Tritium Guarantee

Blue Tritium guarantees all products we sell at our online store to be free from defects. Our shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our shipping warehouse, but in the event there is a defect with your purchase you may return or exchange the item.

 

Return Policy

We accept returns within 7 days of the invoice date and, provided the conditions described herein are met, we will exchange the item or issue a refund or credit of the purchase price including taxes.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

The merchandise must be unused and returned in its original condition.

 

Did you change your mind?
If you simply wish to exchange item for any reason, you are responsible for return shipping charges. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded. To exchange an item please contact our customer service at service@bluetritium.com.

 

Buyers Remorse
All returns that do not include a manufacturers defect will be assessed a 20% restocking fee and require return authorization. Please customer service service@bluetritium.com for a return authorization.

 

 

Traser Warranty Information

Traser Watch Registration
traser H3 watches are warranted against defects in materials and manufacture by mb-microtec for a period of two years from the date of purchase. Register your watch online at www.traser.com and you will automatically extend your warranty service by one year, to a total of three years.

The mb-microtec illumination system (gaseous tritium light sources) is guaranteed for 10 years. In the event of failure within this period, the watch will be repaired or replaced with an equivalent model by mb-microtec. Straps, bracelets, crystals and batteries are not covered by this warranty neither are defects or damage caused by misuse or servicing carried out by a non-approved dealer or individual.

·       To make sure your watch is absolutely waterproof, please make sure that the crown is fully screwed down after setting date and time and ALWAYS before entering the water.

·       Battery replacement has to be done by professionals only.

 

 

Smith & Wesson and UZI Warranty Information

Watch Registration
All watches purchased from our store are covered for any applicable defects for up to 1 year from date of purchase.


If you watch is defective and is still under warranty please contact Campco Returns Department to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and shipping instructions.
